We had a very lovely time staying at this hotel. The venue's position was very central. It was also a short walk to the train station, the sea, a pedestrian zone of restaurants, and beach bars, and shops.

Very nice and modern room with functional kitchen, located in the heart of the city is a plus (a lot of restaurants) and minus (noice)
Wrong location of air condition - blew directly on the bed, sofa bed is not confortable for a week stay, inability to go with car infront the hotel after 10 A.M. for unloading luggage, the need to use paid parking, which is far and luggage heavy ...

Very nice location - close to the train station, action, bars, restaurants, beach - everything. The room (superior deluxe) was quite spacious - great for two people - plenty of sitting area and the bedroom upstairs is very spacious with plenty of closet space. The kitchen was nice - quite modern and had most basic necessities (except coffee mugs and microwave). The coffee was excellent. Daily washroom cleaning and fresh towels was a plus.
No elevators - lugging suitcases up and down three floors is a hassle for older folks (although the staff was great - they lugged them up for us, but we had to take them down ourselves). No microwave in the kitchen; seems odd, as this is a basic necessity these days. And the second bedroom is large but impossible for grown ups to be in as the ceiling slopes quite a bit on one side and one is guaranteed to bump your head somewhere between entering the room and getting to the bed. Quite claustrophobic for adults - I would not recommend it as a two bedroom for four adults, but definitely for two adults and maybe small kids.

We stayed at the hotel during the Cannes Film Festival and thought it was a perfect option for comfort, low price and easy access to everything. It was directly next to a good selection of restaurants and bars and just a few blocks from the beach and train station. Trains ran every half hour or so to/from Cannes, which was just a 15 minute ride. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful from responding to questions before our stay and attentive during our stay, including waiting late for us to arrive/check-in. Very clean and comfortable (even the sofa sleeper). Great value for the price! Would definitely recommend it.

Design and decor were lovely. Bathroom was great. Staff were very nice and friendly. Location close to sea and village centre good, loads of restaurants.
Quite a bit not to like: 1. Parking is in a public parking house up the street, so do not plan on staying here if you have a suitcase and are in a rental car unless it's small. 2. Lift only to first floor and even then out of order one day. If you are on the third floor, make sure you are fit and do not bring a suitcase. 3. No real balcony - just a ledge out over the street, this was in a deluxe suite - this was the worst bit about it for me. Do not stay here if you want a balcony. 4. Ceiling height in bedrooms - made one only useable by children or very small people, the other an issue for anyone over 6 feet tall. 5. Noise - we could clearly hear a baby crying every day in the room across the corridor. 6. Electrics - turning on the oven tripped the electricity off completely. The receptionist did know how to flip the switch, so not an unusual occurrence. The dishwasher was on the same circuit as the general lights, so when the cleaner turned it on just before they left, it turned off and then came on again as soon as we got back. Stupid. 7. Although a full kitchen (very nice), no decent cups, no tea towel, nothing to hand wash anything or wipe surfaces. 8. For a deluxe suite, very little usable space. Not worth the money and no way could 4 people live there happily other than overnight (with a lot of drink taken). Overall, would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others. Sorry.
